The team celebrated completing a hard day of Japanese lessons by visiting the Japanese restaurant, Etsu, in Liverpool. Learning correct etiquette at the dinner table is obviously an extremely important part of preparing for the trip to Japan and the team have selflessly volunteered to practice whenever possible
